Peak Performance Training Centers, Inc. works with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities to help them transition into competitive integrated employment (CIE) through our Career Pathway Navigator (CPN) and Customized Employment Specialist (CES) services.
Our primary goal is to empower individuals exiting work activity programs, subminimum wage settings, or secondary education to achieve or advance in CIE. We achieve this by providing tailored support through our CPN and CES services, which are designed to address the unique needs of each participant.
Our service is designed around a person-centered approach where individuals have the right to make their own choices to pursue their dreams. Our role is to facilitate a range of meaningful outcomes participants desire to explore, including gaining practical experience through internships, securing competitive employment, exploring entrepreneurship, establishing microenterprises, and pursuing further education. We prioritize individualized support and flexibility to meet the diverse needs and aspirations of each participant while promoting independence, empowerment, and long-term success in the workforce and beyond.
